On the m55 take junction 4 then at the roundabout take the third exit onto Preston new road (a583) carry straight on through 7 sets of traffic lights and at the 8th set turn left into reads avenue we are half way down on the right hand side. |

We're only a 5 minutes taxi ride from the train station so if you have bags with you it's probably worth the cost of a taxi around £4. |

We have 20 vehicle spaces. Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis.
There is 6 vehicle spaces on the front of the hotel and 14 spaces at rear of hotel.
If our Front car park is full by the time you arrive please just leave it at front whilst you unload. Once you have unloaded the car we'll guide you to the rear car park.
Note: Car parking is tight, so we may need your car keys or ask you to move you car in case we need to let other vehicles out that you are blocking in.
